What You’ll Do:
- Assist with building decks and post-frame structures
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Support the crew with framing, measuring, and general construction tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable and on time
- Valid driver’s license preferred
